About Me

My Cancer ascendant means I walked into every room in my life feeling everything first — before the words, before the explanation, I already knew. I sensed the shift in someone’s energy, the thing left unsaid, the hurt hiding behind the smile. For a long time I didn’t know what to do with that. Eventually I stopped trying to turn it off and started leaning in.

My Aquarius sun is why I couldn’t just feel it — I had to understand it. I needed to know why people love the way they do, why we repeat the same patterns, why we stay when we should go and go when we should stay. And my Leo moon is why none of this ever stayed theoretical for me. This work has always been personal. The healing has always been mine too. I share what I’ve lived, what I’ve studied, and what I’ve sat with in the dark — because that’s the only kind of wisdom I trust.
